Here comes Peter cotton tail...hoping down the bunny trail
I have NO idea why that song was going through my head today...Yesterday it was Amazing Grace by women of faith...go figure when I am in the dish pit I have a TON of creative thoughts...LOL ok maybe you don't think they are but they are...I was also singing...I love the way you hold me...from Jaime Grace...
So this is the week leading up to our Spring event...EASTER!!! and the resurrection of our Lord and Savior...please be praying for the worship team, the greeters, the ushers, the weather, the building, the sound guys, (especially my handsome husband Ron) prayer for the spouse of the worship team and sound guys...it's not easy to be at home taking care of kiddos etc. by yourself.
Be praying for our community and the people you have invited to come to the service...be praying for those who have to work and cannot come and those individuals who are not able to come due to illness. Pray for our Pastor to have a message that speaks to the lost, the searching and the blessed! WOW...we are going to need knee pads...that's ok we serve a BIG GOD and He's not dead he's surely alive He's living on the inside ROARING like a Lion...So grab your pillow and this list a pray until you cannot pray any longer!!!
PRAISE THE LORD Jane Connelly accepted Jesus as her savior Sunday night...and He is smiling down on her...
Remember to pray for Shaylyn and Jane at 2:00 on Friday...Shaylyn has a DHS hearing that will decide where our little Faith will live and I can tell you Jesus wants her with her church family!
Also be praying for the requests that we made known to one another.
Thank you for our life group, I had so much fun hanging with Holly, Lena, Teresa, Shaylyn, Jane, Ali, Jonny, and of course Jerritt, Tim, Kyle, Anthony and of course my beloved Ron...be praying about our teens and what we talked about...Tim, and Ron will bring it to Pastor after Easter!!! Love you guys SO much...don't forget to be there at 3:30 Thursday evening if you are helping to pack up the sound equipment and 9:00 a.m. for greeting Easter Sunday at the Liberty with your Red shirts on, I thought we were getting Robins egg blue shirts or pretty purple shirts...I guess not oh well, there is always next year!

SERVICE WEEK THIS WEEK...UPDATE...
Suzy Jackson is now scheduling nursery and utilizing the servants from the life groups.
Thursday Coffee: Teresa will be finding someone to help Jerritt out, and btw, Jerritt will be a little late he doesn't get off until 5:30 but I am thinking you may be doing coffee through out the painting night just so you know.
Sunday Coffee: Jen and Jarrett be there no later than 9:30 a.m. and remember coffee is being made after service as well for a while...and then clean up...you don't have to clean up before service starts.
Sunday is also our life group meeting, Tim and Teresa are hosting it so they have the details on where, when and what to bring. Call or text Teresa at 503- 791- 2995.
Thank you in advance for your service and allowing Ron and I to take some time off to be with his mom who is visiting from San Diego btw she loves it here!

Well we ended up watching the Superbowl...something about Anthony getting there early and turning the TV on...Oh boy! Everyone had a great time all of our core group was there and we had some new families attend as well. Jed & Jen Smith and their two boys, as well as Holly and Lance.
We had three ice-cream cakes to celebrate Teresa and Sarah's birthday's as well as our two Isom's life group members who were baptized owners on Sunday Jerrit and Shaylyn. Please be praying for Tim and I as we disciple members of our group, and be inviting new people to our group.
Also we are looking for ideas on activities you would like to do as the weather gets nicer...different venues for our meeting so get back to Ron or I on that, and get with Teresa on themes for food!
We are still looking for people to fill the roles of prayer leaders for our group and service week coordinator. If you are interested PLEASE let us know!

- Pray for Ron's mom Bobbi that she will come to services and hear the call.

I will be posting March's service assignments early because Ron and I will be on vacation from the 24th of February to March 5th which is our next Life group meeting and our service weeks starts on the 1st of March. If you want to volunteer for duties that would be great since I will be out this time.
We need two people for coffee on both days Thursday March 1st and March 5th
2 nursery workers for both days 1st and the 5th.
We will be missing Kat as she travels back to Nevada with her husband and little girls, be praying for their journey as well as for God to be in all of their lives guiding them.
